Explore simple food preservation techniques to extend the life of seasonal produce.
This workshop is part of a budget bites - eat well for less workshop series of hands-on adult cooking classes, delivered by qualified nutritionist Nicole Ingram from Grow Cook Eat. The classes focus on reducing food cost, minimising waste, healthy meal preparation and building everyday skills in the kitchen.
